Infoxsys is a product engineering firm based in Dubai. Our work usually carries someone else’s badge — inside a sterilizer, a chemistry analyzer, or a platform our client’s customers log into every day.
Our story
Started in the hardest room in the building
We learned disciplined engineering early because our first customers built medical devices. When your code helps determine whether a load of surgical instruments is safe to release, or whether a patient’s white cell count is reported correctly, quality has to be built in from the beginning.
That work — instrument control, signal processing, electronic records, LIS integration — became our foundation. Software we wrote runs inside SSQ’s sterilization equipment and IVD analyzers in more than eighteen countries, under ISO 13485 quality systems and the audits that come with them.
Today we bring the same standard to work that is not regulated at all: web platforms, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure and internal tooling. The domain changes. The habits do not.
We take on work we can staff properly and support for the long term. Our aim is to give you a team you can trust with a hard problem, with the confidence that it will be handled carefully.

Where we are
Based in Dubai on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), our working day overlaps fully with Europe and reaches the US East Coast before lunch.

Correct beats clever
When software drives a pressure vessel or reports a patient result, the interesting solution is rarely the right one. We optimise for the version the next engineer can still reason about.
You own everything
Source, build pipelines, infrastructure definitions, documentation and credentials are yours from the first commit. No black boxes or avoidable vendor lock-in.
Evidence by default
Traceability, audit trails and test coverage are part of the build, not a scramble before an inspection. It is cheaper to write the record than to reconstruct it.
